Hello Colin,Sorry for the late reply; this message went to my spam folder for some reason and I didn't see it until I manually checked this bug's webpage.
Which Packages.xz exactly did you download? I fetched https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20190324T160900Z/dists/jessie-kfreebsd/main/binary-all/Packages.xz and https://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20190324T160900Z/dists/jessie-kfreebsd/main/binary-kfreebsd-i386/Packages.xz, and they were both empty.
That's really strange. I downloaded the second one three days ago and I was able to see all the packages, but downloading it right now reveals that it's empty.
