Rather than just reassigning this, I'm going to leave it open for a while with chromium. Even if it gets fixed in plasma-desktop, it'll still be an issue for bullseye for quite a while. To the KDE folks: I'm not sure if kde-desktop is the right package for this, but something in the KDE stack should depend upon xdg-desktop-portal-kde. This ensures that things like chromium (both the debian version and upstream version) use the KDE file selector instead of the GTK one. The chromium package now has a hard dependency on xdg-desktop-portal-gtk|xdg-desktop-portal-backend, so KDE should be pulling in the KDE portal package to ensure that satisfying that dependency doesn't just pull in GTK stuff.
