Right now it has only "Replaces: ia32-libs", which is not ideal, but
works.  If I add the Conflicts, it won't be able to install until the
new ia32-libs is available.  So I shouldn't like to do that until
there's a new ia32-libs.  Is there a benefit to the Conflicts?

I've updated the Replaces for the next release to be properly
versioned.
