Well, pretty much all of the previous uploads of Black to Debian could
have caused regressions, at least in the sense that reformatted Python
code changed ever so slightly between each version. :)
In other words, an upload of 22.1.0 will not be much worse than the
past and, as you outline, should limit (if not avoid) future issues.
I'll be happy to upload this once Salsa returns.
