The current memlockd .deb does not contain /usr/sbin/memlockd, but simply rebuilding the package fixes the issue. This was reported in #1000229 and confirmed by me using debuild and pbuilder. Please rebuild the package using a binNMU in order to fix the issue and close the bug. nmu memlockd_1.3-2 .
