Might be caused by a search plugin which doesn't play well with the installed Python version. There's an open upstream issue about it ( https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/issues/13122). A workaround is also reported there.
The qbittorrent version currently in sid (4.4.1) seems not broken as the search plugin list shows ten items. Regards BZ
