thanks for your work. Please reconsider assigning copyright to the FSF, they don't have any stakes in Debian and in adduser. Feel free to add yourself as the copyright owner, and please add a license statement. I would prefer if you could put the tranlation "under the same license as adduser itself", which would be the GPL 2 or any later version. You might also want to review the program and debconf template translation.
