Thanks for spotting this. As maintainers, we should:
- check whether program code, config file and man page are in sync
  regarding implemented and documented options
- comment out settings in the configuration files that match the
  default set in the code
- probably give more sense to the order of options in the configuration
  file
- add a reference to the manual page to deluser.conf as well
