Thank you for the reminder. The reason I use the 1.0 format is to be able to release a new debian package directly from the upstream git repository without making a upstream tarball. I have not looked at how to do this with the 3.0 format, but believe the 3.0 (quilt) format is not suitable for this. -- Happy hacking Petter Reinholdtsen
