This works for me, with gnome-control-center 1:41.4-2, but I can't find any
changes between 1:41.4-1 and 1:41.4-2 that look related...

debsums -c gnome-control-center
report any changes?
No, it doesn't, even after issuing:
sudo apt install --reinstall gnome-control-center gnome-online-accounts
