Well, 3.1.1 had entered the archives over three years ago, cf.
<https://tracker.debian.org/news/1032355/accepted-cstream-311-1-source-into-unstable/>.

However, by now there are new upstream releases available, cf.
<https://www.cons.org/cracauer/download/>. The newest CHANGES read
