With the unstable version of ipp-usb, please do this: 1. Disconnect the device from USB. 2. The logs for ipp-usb are in /var/log/ipp-usb/. We want the first one, named like SOMETHING.log. 3. As root, empty SOMETHING.log with >/var/log/ipp-usb/SOMETHING.log 4. Resconnect the device to USB. 5. Copy SOMETHING.log to somewhere as connect.txt and compress it with gzip connect.txt 6. Send connect.txt.gz here. Cheers, Brian.
