Dear Maintainer,

openigtlink package is pretty old and obsolete on Debian, we should consider 
update the package to a recent version.
Current version contains a bug already fixed on upstream:

On Linux OS, only a shutdown() was performed on socket descriptors, leading to 
an undestroyed socket.

When creating a server, activate it and then deactivate it, afterwards, the 
socket could not be activated again.

To fix this newest versions of openigtlink also call close() on socket 
descriptor.
