Package: libsnpeff-java-doc Version: 5.1+dfsg-2 Severity: normal libsnpeff-java-doc depends on libfreemarker-java-doc, but Freemarker is only used internally and none of its classes appears in the public API of snpeff. So the dependency on libfreemarker-java-doc could be removed.
I haven't checked but that may be true for other dependencies as well (libcommons-*-java-doc)
