The ppc64el one finished while I was checking. It also timed out and took in total 8 hours.

Ack, hence not blaming nvidia-cuda-toolkit anymore.
PS: I've updated src:cub and reduced the autopkgtest by 50%. It still fails early on arm64/ppc64el (due to some char/uchar mess), I'll take that upstream once I'm running on the latest upstream release.
