(private/request-translations), but it uses the Last-Translator field
from the PO header, which currently reads:

For the avoidance of doubt, this is none of Chris's fault that this
message has remained untranslated. I have never requested translation
for it, because it's rather obscure, so I thought it's not worth the
trouble until more messages come up… and they never did.
