the desklaunch source: - had no upload in the past 11+ years - it was recently orphaned due to the maintainer retirement - its upstream was the Debian source itself (part of the oroborus project) - a very low popcon value (26 at the time of this writing) Hence, it looks to me it would be a better idea to simply remove desklaunch from Debian.
