Enter liblvm2 in the box labelled "search for pattern" on the upper left 3. hit enter 4. select liblvm2-dev in the bottom left pane. 5. The bottom right, with the default "Description" tab says "This package contains files needed to develop applications that use the lvm2app library." 6. Return to the search box and enter lvm2app. Hit enter. 7. Nothing appears in the lower left pane, i.e., no packages match. Just in case, click on the "search descriptions" box just below the search box and try again.
