I just uploaded new package rust-common-failures now sitting in NEW, but then realized that rust-failure which it depends on is removed from Debian (see bug#973298).Please drop rust-common-failures from NEW queue - it is useless.
This is not entirely correct, rust-failure was indeed removed from unstable, but it was re-instated the next day.
