pacstrap is currently not included in the arch-install-scripts package for Debian, which makes sense since it uses pacman. However, pacman as of today is in Debian as the package pacman-package-manager, so now it should be possible for pacstrap to be added. Version 26 of arch-install-scripts was also released last week, so it's currently a good time to update and include pacstrap at the same time.
