Hi Cyril! Today I noticed that your package libtext-string-hexconvert-perl is no longer part of the stable or testing Debian distribution, because there exists an RC bug https://bugs.debian.org/979504, which states that your mail address is not valid.
Since I need this package in my job, it hurt's me that it is no longer available in Debian. I'd like to step in take over the package maintenance (if possible under the perl team umbrella) or help as a co-maintainer. As far as I can see, the package needs some love and upgrading, there's an upstream update 0.02 existing for 6 years now and the Debian part also needs some polishing. Please tell me, whether it's okay for you if (and how) I can support you with the package maintenance. Greetings Roland
