Package: wiki.debian.org For example, the short identifier for GNU General Public License v3.0 or later is GPL-3.0-or-later in SPDX, but GPL-3+ in DEP-5. List such differences in the wiki[1] as proposed in DEP-5 itself. Also elaborate whether this will be changed in the future. FSF itself prefers the SPDX form and requests using them.
