Hi, everyone interested! I am splitting this bug report into two as Alexander Kernozhitsky suggested. Because the problems need to be fixed in different packages. For disappeared reactions and invisible animated stickers, I already have a fix. It was due to wrong check in my No-cyclic-structures.patch. As for incorrect FFmpeeg usage, it will be fixed in the upcoming Telegram release.
