thanks for reporting! It is actually a dilemma: - "-mpc64" is indeed failing the test suite, - SSE is above the Debian i386 arch baseline. [1] I think it is same to assume that target (i386) machines can be expected to support SSE; I don't think that making minetest compatible with so old machines is not really sensible or worth the effort.
