I did a quick regex search on https://codesearch.debian.not/ for
"\bshndx\b package:^rust*", and that only revealed two source packages, namely
rust-object and rustc. rustc shows up because it has vendored its own copy of
the rust object library crate. At least at a quick glance it looks as if no
other package is using the function that gets its signature changed with the
patch. Any new packages to come would fail building anyway, so don't think
it's a problem to upload with the upstream patch applied.
