Well, currently I reverted the update back to 5.15.4+dfsg-5 and the problem is gone. So the bug is between 5.15.4+dfsg-5 and 5.15.6+dfsg-2. There was no change in psi between. To say that, it was horrible to revert the upgrade as many packages depending on each other and on specific versions. I would suggest to put all version hard depending packages into one package. That would do that much more sane.
