The issue is the missing file, abstract.bst it's a quite useful bibliography style, that was present from ages and now is not there anymore. Don't care too much about the fact is still listed, if it's absent in the package.I had to copy the content of the dir /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/bibtex/bst/beebe/ from buster and execute mktexlsr, but I'd like to know why this directory has been removed (while /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/bibtex/bib/beebe/ is still there).
AFACT most of the bst files made by Nelson Beebe are gone, even from CTAN (at least I couldn't find them). I have no clue, what happened here. I'll have a look at that later on.
