If the need for Dart is to compile SASS or SCSS files to CSS, then I
recommend to try use rsass, which is an alternative compiler for SASS/SCSS.

Or the source files do not use any newer constructs, you might also find
the older sassc adequate.

Please package the source SASS/SCSS files below /usr/share/sass to allow
optimized reuse by others.
