If upstream make a release before the freeze it should be an easy update from r13000 to that; if they don't then we release with r13000, which is better than 20.03 anyway.
Agreed. I’m currently low in spare time myself, but would appreciate any team upload (please just add yourself to Uploaders) or NMU if you have some cycle to spare!
