Whether to actually enable it by default (do not set CONFIG_KFENCE_SAMPLE_INTERVAL) or disable it (set CONFIG_KFENCE_SAMPLE_INTERVAL to 0) might be up for discussion (e.g. enable in sid, disable before stable release?).
