1.7.2+really1.7.1-2 is - as the name says - a reupload of 1.7.1 because 1.7.2 broke autopkgtests and this needs to be investigated. Since there is no change here and there probably (in case it happened we can lift the block) is no change needed anyway I think this should be blocked to have the "more sanely" versioned 1.7.1-1 in testing and bookworm instead of 1.7.2+really1.7.1-2.
