Thank you. In #1027483 PÁLFFY Dániel bisected the issue down to commit c34db0d6b88b ("ASoC: soc-pcm: Don't zero TDM masks in __soc_pcm_open()"). If you would be able to confirm as well that such a revert fixes the issue that would be of help indeed. We have some instruction here on how to build Debian's kernel with a single patch on top: https://kernel-team.pages.debian.net/kernel-handbook/ch-common-tasks.html#s4.2.2 The patch which would need to be applied is the revert of the above commit, which I'm attaching here.
