Hello Lamont,
the development of bookworm is coming to an end. Currently, there are
several debconf translations in the BTS:
- German (#1004011)
- Brazilian Portuguese (#1024200)
- Dutch (#1025842,#1004316)

Adding debconf translations is very easy. Simply drop the file in the
bug reports in ./debian/po/ and perform an upload.

It would be very kind if you could do this before release, ideally
before the freeze.

I tried to rebuild your package, however, I did not suceed:
helge@twentytwo:/tmp/postfix-3.7.3$ debuild
 dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -ui

debuild: fatal error at line 1182:

If you tell me how to avoid this I can, if you want, perform an L10N NMU,
just adding these debconf messages.

Greetings

          Helge
