autopkgtest [22:27:41]: test binary-starts

With a recent upload of davmail the autopkgtest of davmail fails in testing when that autopkgtest is run with the binary packages of davmail from unstable on arm64, armhf and ppc64el. It passes when run with only packages from testing. In tabular form: Currently this regression is blocking the migration to testing [1].
