Hi Jeff, First of all, thank you so much for maintaining libwebp. Like Boyuan, I do have a need for an updated libwebp package: libwebp 1.2.4 is needed by golang-github-bep-gowebp which is in turn used by hugo >= 0.106.0, and since I'd very much like to get the latest hugo 0.110.0 into Debian 12 (bookworm) before the impending freeze, may I go ahead and package libwebp 1.2.4 and do a NMU?
