Package: arp-scan
Version: 1.10.0-1
Severity: normal

The latest upload added a dependency on libtext-csv-perl. No
justification was given, but I figured out that get-uoi needs it.

However, get-uoi also needs libwww-perl and only recommends it, which
inconsistent. Considering that get-uoi is not essential for arp-scan's
functionality, I think both libtext-csv-perl and libwww-perl should be
in Recommends.
