Fully building sra-sdk requires a 64-bit address space these days. It might be possible to contrive to build some of its binary packages on architectures with 32-bit address spaces, or even on architectures ncbi-vdb doesn't support, but I'm not convinced it's worth the effort. As such, could you please remove sra-toolkit (and sra-toolkit-dbg) on i386 and x32? (I mentioned plural packages above, but that's only the case for 3.x, which had this requirement all along.) Thanks!
