I've been trying to fix this problem for a few months now and have asked upstream for help. No one has been able to figure out why "UseParallelOldGC" is being used even though it has been patched out [1] everywhere it occurs in the source code. If you, or anyone else, has any suggestions or recommendations I would definitely appreciate them!
