please consider removing rrdcollect. Its a tool/daemon to collect metrics from the local system into RRD files. There are quite a number of alternatives in Debian to do the same, better (munin, et al). Maintainer is currently QA Group; last "real" maintainer upload was in 2012; last upstream activity was in 2010. It depends on the old pcre(3) library. Thanks, Chris
