Three of my own bug reports from six years ago are still unfixed: #850735, #851238 and #851594. None of the affected packages has seen a maintainer upload since then, and autoremoval from testing does not seem to be the worst idea if nobody steps up to salvage them. There are quite a few other hits on codesearch.debian.net, but apparently the other packages look all for ncurses{w,}6-config in addition to ncurses{w,}5-config, or they use pkg-config.
