Package: libmimalloc2.0 Version: 2.0.9+ds-1~dbp2 Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: dmitr...@gmail.com
There is no -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE release in debian/rules override_dh_auto_configure target. The package is built with CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE equal to None. This renders its performance unusable - actually far more worse that even libc's malloc. I've discovered it when backported this package to bullseye and noticed that its performance is awful but local build of the same version is pretty much good. Please add this flag until bookworm is completly frozed! -- System Information: Debian Release: 11.6 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable-security'), (500, 'stable-debug'), (500, 'proposed-updates-debug'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 5.10.0-21-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_CRAP, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages libmimalloc2.0 depends on: ii libc6 2.31-13+deb11u5 libmimalloc2.0 recommends no packages. libmimalloc2.0 suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
