It should also be noted (perhaps in the NEWS.Debian?) that the
previous START=no variable will probably not work to disable the agent
daemon... Considering `exit 0` in there, not sure.
Considering that 1) by default sysvinit systems have been migrated to
systemd three releases ago, 2) the systemd unit file takes precendence
over the initscript, and 3) that this systemd unit file is installed
disabled-by-default, I don't think any further work or even a NEWS item
is warranted here.
