I instead am adding the gnome-bluetooth transitional package to the old gnome-bluetooth source package. This avoided hijacking a package name. I only realized afterwards that hijacking packages actually doesn't go through the NEW queue but I think it is reasonable to do it this way anyway. (Of course, both source packages have the same maintainer so it's not an adversarial hijack.) Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
