I am not against backporting fixes, but to mitigate this issue I moved the x11-bell module into its own package (since pipewire 0.3.63-3). This new libpipewire-0.3-modules-x11 package is not pulled by dependencies, so if you don't want to use this x11-bell module, it is possible to just uninstall libpipewire-0.3-modules-x11.
