The drift manual might contain empty pages when build inside
pbuilder. This is due to a bug in tex-common 0.22.

tex-common 0.22 creates cache directories which aren't world-writable
and when drift is build by an unprivileged user the fonts needed for
the manual can not be saved. This causes empty pages in the manual.

When this bug is fixed in in tex-common a binNMU would be sufficient
to fix this problem.
