as this is a very old bug that I cannot reproduce with bullseye nor testing/unstable, and both deluge as libtorrent-rasterbar have significantly progressed since (e.g. there's no python 2 anymore), I'm closing it - for the unlikely case that you're still able to reproduce it with current debian, don't hesitate to reopen it.
