No, not really. If the TC decides this is not an issue you want to decide
on, that is OK by me. The only reason I would prefer a ruling is that it
could help end this endless and non-productive discussion.
As far as I'm concerned the issue has already been settled which is also
why I have not replied to many of the mails sent by Sven and some others.
I have no interest at all in justifying myself as I feel I have already
done so sufficiently in the past. I would just be repeating myself.

There are two issues the TC could in my view make a statement/ruling on:
- is Sven's copyright on the two packages of which he was the original
author and/or principal maintainer in any way infringed by removing the
  commit access as he claims;
- was the removal of the commit access so unjustified or so against
accepted "subproject membership practices" within Debian that it should
  be restored.

I personally don't think ruling on the background of the conflict is
something the TC can (or should want to) decide on.

I do want to stress once more though that this is _not_ an issue just
between Sven and me but between multiple core d-i team members and Sven.
I just happen to be the most visual person because the problems between
me and Sven are most recent (mainly because I happen to be the current
d-i release manager) and because I did the actual removal of the commit
rights.
If it were just a personal issue between only Sven and me I would probably
not have removed the commit access.

Cheers,
FJP
