AFAICT #1014110 says nothing about udeb, but that change actually builds libargon2 (.deb) without pthread support (which AFAICT isn't what #1014110 is about either). This badly breaks cryptsetup-initramfs, see #1032221. Given 1/ we're soft freeze already, 2/ 0~20190702-0.1 was NMU'ed, and 3/ the breakage it causes, I'll revert the change shortly. -- Guilhem.
