I'd be interested to learn how the list pages such as
https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/ are generated. It would be great
if theses pages could provide a hint about that directly.

The background is that I'm following some mailing lists through these
web archives. I find this more convenient than subscribing. However, one
thing that annoys me is that the "Archives" section on each page is
sorted oldest-first, so you always have to scroll down to be able to
reach the most recent month.

So I'd like to propose a change to change the sorting order to
most-recent-year-first, only I haven't been able to find out where the
code generating these pages is living. Can you help? It would be easier
for people to contribute such small improvements if the pages gave a
pointer to this information directly. Thank you!
