Hello *, I had a look at this RC bug. The problem was detected in #1004888 on the inn2 side and properly resolved within the package, however, as the fix was not coordinated with manpages, no package relationships were set (see below).
On the manpages side this was dealt (partially) with in #951598. See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?att=0;bug=951598;msg=16 and the final changelog entry: * Reinstall file.3 as it is no longer conflicts with newer release of inn2-dev. However, this neither introduced the correct package relationships as documented here: https://wiki.debian.org/PackageTransition This sitaution is #9 in the above wiki page, requiering both packages to act on. Thus manpages needs another upload containing (only) the fixed package relationship. Similarly, inn2 needs the correct pacakge relastionships as well (in a coordinated fashion). If you need help preparing this trivial fix please let me know[1].
